Role Mission
Your mission will be to drive Monato’s marketing and communications strategy, strengthening our presence in the fintech ecosystem. You will contribute to positioning our brand and leadership as key industry players, supporting commercial growth and enhancing our connection with clients, partners, and the broader community.
Key Responsibilities
-Digital Channels Management: Administer and optimize our website, LinkedIn, and other digital channels, ensuring clear, compelling, and brand-aligned messaging.
-Strategic Content Creation: Develop and execute posts, campaigns, and marketing assets that reinforce our narrative and deliver value to our audiences.
-Demand Generation Support: Collaborate with the sales team to turn visibility into measurable business opportunities.
-Brand & Competitive Monitoring: Analyze Monato’s market positioning and identify trends, opportunities, and improvements in communications.
-Media & Community Relations: Support outreach efforts by identifying opportunities in key fintech and business media outlets and relevant industry events.
-Performance Measurement: Track marketing and communication KPIs, generating reports and actionable recommendations for decision-making.
