Main activities and Responsibilities:
• Develop new customers at Central America and Caribbean Andean level, promote sales of products and services, regular trips and conduct visits and gather information and customer needs, present the company's product portfolio aiming at the deployment of purchase potential.
• Perform account management and support, develop guidelines according to the type of customer and current legislation of the country of operation, keep the database updated and make periodic contacts in order to achieve the company's goals.
• Review LOI, NDAs and contracts together with the legal department.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate prices and other activities until the closing of the sale, including interface with engineer team for technical presentation when necessary to support negotiation.
• Analyze previous Forecast to keep our strategies of stock according to Andean market need based on customer projects. Develop Sales Forecast, evaluate the stage of opportunities to ensure good management and increase performance, ensuring an assertive forecast.
• Periodically monitor market developments, consolidate competitors' information (technical and commercial analysis) to increase market share and proactively develop future solutions.
• Develop strategies to achieve goals, develop sales potential studies, build business reports, analyze metrics and performance indicators for evidence-based decision making.
• Manage and update the CRM system, in view of the business strategy with a focus on the customer.
