The Position: As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee and supervise the work production plan, monitor the preparation and execution of services to meet the predetermined schedule, and ensure the quality, reliability, and accuracy of the information generated by the tasks under your responsibility. Main Activities and Responsibilities: - Schedule and supervise installation, assembly, and commissioning activities together with the service team, reporting to the project team to maintain the quality of services and the integrity of Sungrow equipment. - Provide production control data and update the schedule with the Planning area. - Prepare work reports and activity reports according to the project area requirements. - Represent the Sungrow project team before clients, following the instructions of the PM Leader. - Report any project-related events in a detailed and accurate manner.

Function Specific Knowledge: • Qualification Basic knowledge of assembly and electrical installation, and experience in works. • Leadership. • Planning and Organization. • Communication and Negotiation. • Systemic and chronological view. • Office package and MS Project.
