The Project Manager lead project execution by ensuring compliance with contracts, Sungrow’s internal policies, quality standards, HSE regulations, financial goals, and established timelines, while effectively managing work teams and all involved stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage projects comprehensively, ensuring execution in accordance with contracts, Sungrow’s internal policies, quality standards, HSE requirements, financial targets, and established deadlines.
- Lead the project team and coordinate various stakeholders (clients, suppliers, internal teams), managing scope, costs, risks, communications, contractual documentation, and project closure, including handover to the Service team.
Requerimientos
Function Specific Knowledge:
- Advanced English.
- Able to use Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, power Point and Outlook).
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent software.
- Must have proven experience in managing large-scale projects in the energy market and utilities projects (centralized generation), with experience in the sector and with key players and stakeholders, including Photovoltaic (PV) projects, Wind projects, Substations and Power System (HV/MV) projects and/or others.
- Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Understanding of engineering contracts and vendor management.
Education and Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Production, etc.) or related fields (Business Administration, Project Management).
- A postgraduate degree or an MBA in Project Management can be an advantage.
- Certifications in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or others.
