Role Mission We are looking for a BizOps Analyst to support the research, analysis, implementation, and monitoring of Monato’s business initiatives and processes. With a deep understanding of the company’s operations and workflows, this role will act as an internal consultant and actively contribute to key strategic initiatives. What You’ll Do Analyze and optimize existing company processes, designing robust and scalable processes and systems. Play a cross-functional role within operations, supporting multiple teams across the organization. Coordinate projects that involve multiple teams and functions. Understand, optimize, and monitor different types of processes, primarily Customer Success processes. Own the data pipeline. Prepare materials for investors, including analysis, documentation, follow-ups, and KPI reporting. Working at Monato means: Exposure to all areas of a growing fintech startup. Profile & Key Skills Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, or a related field. High standards of quality and strong attention to detail. Strong analytical and modeling skills. Genuine interest in learning new skills. Creative problem-solving abilities. Basic programming knowledge. Full professional proficiency in English. Nice to Have Advanced spreadsheet skills. Experience with data handling or reporting tools (SQL, BI tools, Python). Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and/or statistics.
