Lead, plan, and comprehensively coordinate all Human Resources functions, ensuring proper human capital management, the implementation of policies and strategies that strengthen organizational culture, and compliance with labor regulations. Guarantee that payroll processes, labor relations, personnel administration, talent acquisition, development, and performance management are executed efficiently and aligned with the company’s objectives, supported by management and integration systems (SGI) that optimize, automate, and centralize employee information.

• Oversee the attraction, evaluation, and onboarding of suitable talent.

Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, Accounting, or related field. Master’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, or an MBA (preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years in Human Resources, with at least 4 years in leadership/management roles.
• Proven experience in payroll management and tax obligations.
• Experience in implementing and administering HR management systems (HRIS/HRMS).
