The High School Teaching and Learning Coordinator plays a key leadership role in ensuring academic excellence, innovation, and consistency across all instructional programs in grades 9–12. Working collaboratively with the High School Principal, Associate Principals, and teacher leaders, this position drives professional learning, supports curriculum alignment, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement grounded in research-based practices. The Coordinator provides non-evaluative coaching to teachers, promotes interdisciplinary collaboration, and integrates CNG’s Learner Profile into teaching and assessment. This role is pivotal in promoting high expectations, fostering innovation, and ensuring all students are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and competencies to thrive beyond graduation.

Requerimientos

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education.
- Master’s degree in Education (preferred).
- Fluent in English (C2) and committed to achieving at least B2 in Spanish (C2 preferred).
- Strong understanding of High School curriculum design and implementation (AP, NGSS, CCSS).
- Demonstrated experience in instructional coaching, assessment design, and professional learning facilitation.
- Experience using data to inform instructional decisions and improve student outcomes.
- Experience leading initiatives in innovative learning (PBL, Design Thinking, Learner Profile integration).
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead through influence.
- Experience in international or bilingual school settings (preferred).
