We are currently seeking to appoint a High School Counselor for the 2026–2027 academic year. The successful candidate will provide academic, social-emotional, and college/career counseling to students in Grades 9th to 12th, supporting their holistic development and well-being. The Counselor will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and administrators to create a caring and inclusive school environment where every student feels valued and supported. Responsibilities include individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, academic advising, and facilitating workshops that promote mental health, resilience, and decision-making skills. The ideal candidate demonstrates empathy, professionalism, and a strong commitment to CNG’s Mission and Beliefs.
Requerimientos

- Bilingual proficiency – C1 level in English.
- Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related fields.
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Education (required).
- Minimum of two years of successful experience as a school counselor, preferably in a bilingual or international setting.
- Strong understanding of adolescent development, emotional well-being, and academic planning.
- Ability to provide individual and group counseling using evidence-based approaches.
- Knowledge of college counseling and university application processes (preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to confidentiality, equity, and student advocacy.
