We are currently seeking to appoint a High School College Counselor for the 2026–2027 academic year. The successful candidate will guide students and families through the college exploration, application, and selection process, ensuring that each student identifies post-secondary opportunities aligned with their academic strengths, interests, and aspirations. The College Counselor will develop and deliver college counseling programs, coordinate with universities, organize workshops, and maintain strong communication with students, parents, and faculty. This position requires collaboration with the Counseling Department to support the holistic development of students and alignment with CNG’s Mission and Beliefs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep knowledge of international university systems and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
Requerimientos

- Bilingual proficiency – C1 level in English.
- Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related fields.
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Education, or related fields (preferred).
- Minimum of two years of experience in college counseling or university advising, preferably in a bilingual or international school.
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. and international university admissions processes.
- Experience supporting students with college essays, applications, and scholarships.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust with students and families.
- Commitment to equity, inclusion, and the personal growth of each student.
