Responsibilities: • Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn Lite, PeekU search, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). • Conduct in-depth prescreening to assess technical fit, cultural alignment, and long-term potential. • Build and maintain an organized talent pool aligned with the institution’s hiring needs. • Collaborate with HR and hiring leaders to identify key profile requirements. • Assist in organizing recruitment-related documentation and communications. • Contribute to the ongoing optimization of recruitment processes. • You hold a degree or are freshly graduated in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. • You are fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese (C1 spoken and written). • You have +2 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related area. • Proficient in the use of recruitment tools a ATS platform. • Experienced in competency-based interviewing methodologies (e.g., STAR, behavioral event interviews). • Organized and effective at prioritizing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously • You are a multitasker, organized, and highly detail-oriented. • You work well in team environments and communicate with clarity and empathy.
