Position Summary
The FP&A Analyst plays a crucial role in developing and managing financial planning processes, including budgeting, reporting, running projections across various scenarios, and analyzing variable compensation. This role involves preparing, updating, and overseeing financial reports, as well as conducting in-depth initial analyses to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. Furthermore, the FP&A Analyst is responsible for calculating variable compensation based on the company’s financial performance.
