We are currently seeking to appoint a Gifted & Talented Teacher for Middle and High School within the Exceptional Learner Programs (ELP) for the 2026–2027 academic year. The successful candidate will design and implement enrichment and extension opportunities for students identified as gifted or highly capable. The teacher will collaborate with classroom teachers, counselors, and administrators to differentiate instruction, promote critical and creative thinking, and support students’ academic and socio-emotional development. This position requires strong knowledge of gifted education models, curriculum design, and strategies that challenge and inspire advanced learners in alignment with CNG’s Mission and Beliefs.
Requerimientos

- Bilingual proficiency – C1 level in English.
- Degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree in Education, Gifted Education, or Curriculum Design (preferred).
- Minimum of two years of experience teaching or supporting gifted and talented students, preferably in a bilingual or international school.
- Knowledge of gifted identification, differentiation, and enrichment models.
- Experience designing project-based and inquiry-driven learning experiences.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to foster students’ intellectual curiosity, leadership, and socio-emotional balance.
- Commitment to inclusive and research-based practices that nurture potential and excellence.
