The PS/ES Instructional Coach serves as a teacher leader who strengthens instructional practice across Primary and Elementary School through systematic coaching, co-planning, co-teaching, and co-assessment. The coach works closely with classroom teachers, Teaching and Learning Coordinators, and school leadership to implement research-based strategies that enhance student learning and ensure high expectations for all learners. This role involves facilitating small group and one-on-one coaching cycles, supporting teams in analyzing student work and assessment data, and designing professional learning aligned with school priorities. The Instructional Coach collaborates with other coaches and the Learning & Teaching Leadership Team to identify trends, share best practices, and build coherent, vertically and horizontally aligned programs.

* Apply only if you have the following requirements: - Valid teaching certification required, with Instructional/Learning Coach certification preferred. - Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required, Master’s degree expected. - At least five years of successful teaching experience at the relevant grade levels (Primary and/or Elementary). - Prior experience as an Instructional or Learning Coach preferred. - Proven track record in people development, team building, and teacher leadership. - Strong interpersonal skills, growth mindset, and commitment to continuous improvement. - Deep knowledge of instructional coaching practices, curriculum development, effective instructional strategies, and standards-based assessment. - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with previous experience in American-international schools in Latin America preferred. - Experience working with second language learners and culturally diverse faculties. - Advanced ability to use data and data systems to inform instructional decisions and improve student learning. - High level of initiative, professionalism, and ability to collaborate with principals, coordinators, and teacher teams. 📩 After registering your email, you will receive a form to complete your application.
