The CWW Administrative Assistant supports the CWW and EFT Director in planning, organizing, and implementing Classroom Without Walls programs and Educational Field Trips for students from K4 to 12th grade. This role coordinates logistics for local and travel experiences, works closely with external providers, and ensures that all activities comply with CNG’s safety and security standards, including risk management procedures and ISO requirements. Key responsibilities include scheduling co-curricular activities, managing registrations and quotations, updating systems and calendars, and overseeing departmental inventory and budget. The position also supports communication with parents, providers, and internal stakeholders, and may accompany student groups on local and national trips when needed. The role requires flexibility to work occasional extended hours and travel, strong organizational skills, and a genuine interest in experiential education in an outdoor and co-curricular context.
Requerimientos

University degree in Business Administration, Outdoor Education, Humanities, or a related field.
One to two years of experience in planning activities and events, preferably in educational or youth settings.
Experience working with students and assuming leadership responsibilities in programs or projects.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Canva, Google Suite, and online systems for registration, filing, and basic accounting or collection formats.
Experience with event logistics and coordination with external providers.
Flexibility to work unusual hours, overtime, and to support departures and arrivals outside regular schedules.
Experience in field work and outdoor activities, such as hiking, camping, and water sports, and in basic risk evaluation for these contexts.
Familiarity with Bogotá and educational or experiential learning options in the city and surrounding areas.
Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism when working with parents, providers, and students, and the ability to train staff in the use of CWW equipment and procedures.
