Position Summary:
PRIMO’s account manager (AM) is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of accounts. These will include the company's most important customers, accounting for a significant portion of revenue. AMs work closely with their clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. They also play a key role in developing and implementing sales and operational strategies.
The AM will be the main point of contact for the existing book of business, supporting the creation and execution of sales strategies for each client, to ensure the achievement of results. You’ll work directly with the operations team to achieve sustainable growth of the assigned book of business.
An ideal PRIMO AM is an enthusiastic individual with a passion for execution and project management.
Top tasks & responsibilities:
-Leadership of the operations team (KPIS, Operations & commercial strategy, Management)
-Develop customized KPI Dashboards to assess customer performance.
-Accounts data Analysis to identify trends and support decision-making.
-Build strong customer relationships and networking.
-Create a strategic roadmap for each customer
-Forecast sales revenue for accounts.
-In-depth customer and product knowledge.
-Identify and develop business opportunities.
-Create and update operational procedures and develop SOP for each given client.
-Ad-hoc assignments.
